Worst hotel service ever!

Terrible service. Called twice and emailed them and didn’t help at all! Plus no reply to emails. Just stay away. Some movement to help resolve my issue would go a long way. “Sorry” is all they can manage to say from their booking office when l called twice. Even when l ask about the manager, they say she is not in.

Decent hotel. Not a 4 star hotel but doesn't charge 4 star hotel prices. Staff friendly, rooms have a tv, fridge, very good shower pressure. An hour away from the centre of Rome for £1.29 on the metro that runs at least once every 15 minutes pretty much all day. Leave at Torre Gaia metro station for an easier walk to the hotel. First time visiting Italy so was a little surprised at the lack of pavements but it seems to be a relatively normal practise to just walk on the road. Mcdonalds and Lidls within walking distance, as well as some decent restaurants, but bare in mind they seem to have less English comprehension than in central Rome. Nothing that Google translate couldn't sort though!

Hotel is bad suprise, rooms are old, walls are very thin, you can hear everything from room next to you, you haven't phone in room, mini bar is empty, breakfast is nothing special...staff is very kind, but with poor english, the positive suprise is dinner, everything was great. Wifi is very bad and weak.

Attended 1st March 2024 from the Fri to the Mon and was pleasantly surprised after reading the many bad reviews! First impressions are terrible, mainly by the surrounding areas that completely run down , and the Carabinieri present at hotel! We were pleasantly surprised! Reception staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was a bother, they attended to our needs and enquiries without any hassle! While the rooms were shabby and in need of some updated decor the rooms are very clean, our room was cleaned everyday we were there with fresh bedding, clean towels and toilet roll. No toiletries were provided. There was a coffee pod in room, we were given 2 pods each day, although we could ask for more at reception and were given with no hassle. There was also a coffee vending machine in reception where you could purchase coffees. I must say though I was desperate for a cup of tea at night before bed and would have been happier with a kettle but that is personal choice. The room was absolutely roasting at night, heating temp was so high despite turning it down, the AC was not working at all, luckily there is the patio balcony door which could let in the cool air. Shower was fine, clean, warm and powerful, hairdryer is also in the bathroom. The room was basic but was clean and met our needs and that's what mattered! Food in the hotel tasty and plentiful! Breakfast was a buffet style, many choices, defo something for everyone! Dinner is reasonably priced, plentiful too! The restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings, so are nearby restraunts, (all nearby places are closed on a Sunday) reception helped us to order and translate a Just Eat delivery to the hotel. The pool table, bar area, roof top restraunt and pool were all closed as open end of March so can not comment on these. There was work taking place at the hotel but this did not interfere with our stay! Hotel is well situated to transport links- If using the Metro go to Metro Torre Gaia and NOT Metro Torre Angela. The walk is through a much nicer area There is a shopping center nearby the hotel that has many shops all reasonably priced, there is a great wee Pizza place there too! Overall great stay, we were out early morning and back early evening,we had tasty food, a clean safe environmental a great enjoyable stay!

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights at the start of the Month. When we arrived at the hotel at 3.30am after a long night of travelling the young man at the front desk was so rude. He made us feel very un welcome. We also had to pay hotel tax, which would have been fine if we new about this before arriving on a budget. The next day waking up and realising how much of a disgrace our room was, cupboards had cracks and dints in, the balcony was filthy. I'm not usually one to complain but this hotel really was not what I was expecting. I'm pretty sure the hotel is getting renovated ready for the summer as to why there were dust sheets every where and mess wherever you looked. It would have been nice to be closer to the city for on a night and travelling to the airport as taxi prices were quite pricey. However it is only a short walk to the METRO. One positive the bed was comfy and the staff during the day were lovely.
